Job summary

Engine is seeking an embedded Product Manager on the Applied AI team to automate internal workflows at scale. You will use AI tools and agents to speed up analysis, prototyping and documentation, while shadowing support and operations to identify automation opportunities.

Youfll define initial versions, work with engineering to ship improvements, and measure cycle time with business leaders. Expect cross-functional impact and ownership across the function.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management for internal tools or workflow products.
• Experience with AI or automation products in production.
• Ability to map complex business processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Comfort shadowing support agents or accountants to measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the current work processes and map each step.
• Select workloads and decide sequencing with leaders.
• Define metrics and baselines for cycle time.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and ship automation.
• Scope, roll out, and hand off automated workloads.
• Make kill decisions if metrics don9t move.
