Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to oversee the redesign of AI-driven workflows across business functions. You will supervise prototyping and validation of agentic workflows prior to production, ensuring baselines and metrics are established.

You will drive adoption, manage change, and coordinate with central platform teams to feed architecture improvements back; a technical master's is preferred and extensive enterprise-scale AI deployment experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years of progressive experience with production AI/ML systems or enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor's degree; a relevant master's degree is preferred.
• VP-level stakeholder influence and enterprise-scale AI adoption experience required.

Job description

Lead blueprint-based AI workflow redesign with business-function AI Champions, personally prototyping and validating agentic workflows before production rollout. Establish baselines and measurement, support adoption and workforce changes, maintain the redesign portfolio, and hand ownership to each function while feeding platform and architecture improvements back to central teams.

Requirements:

Requires 12+ years of progressive experience with production AI/ML systems, agentic workflows, or enterprise workflow platforms, a technical background, and current hands-on experience building agentic prototypes. Candidates also need at least three years driving change within other organizations, enterprise-scale AI workflow adoption experience, VP-level stakeholder influence, and a bachelor's degree; a relevant technical master's degree and domain or governance experience are preferred.
