Intuit, Inc. seeks Lead AI Champions to redesign high-friction workflows across non-engineering functions, using approved enterprise blueprints and hands-on prototyping to validate reliable solutions before production rollout.

Develop baselines and measurements, drive adoption and workforce evolution, transfer ownership to business functions, and surface platform or governance gaps while maintaining a visible redesign portfolio.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years of progressive experience with production AI/ML systems, agentic workflows, or enterprise workflow platforms.
• Technical background with production coding or prototyping experience.
• Hands-on work with agentic prototypes and VP-level stakeholder influence.

Requirements

Requires 12+ years of progressive experience with production AI/ML systems, agentic workflows, or enterprise workflow platforms, a technical background with production coding or prototyping experience, and current hands-on work with agentic prototypes. Candidates must also have at least 3 years driving change within other organizations, enterprise-scale AI workflow adoption experience, VP-level stakeholder influence, and a bachelor's degree; a technical degree and master's degree are preferred.
