Job summary

COVU is building an AI-native agent workspace to unify communication, automation, and workflows for independent insurance agencies. We seek a high-velocity, technically-rooted Product Manager to lead Execution and Orchestration, owning COVU OS and its task orchestration capabilities.

You will lead a squad of senior engineers, translating complex business logic into precise, plain-text requirements and mappings. This role focuses on powering operational workflows, not UI features.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Product Management experience in high-growth SaaS or WFM/CRM.
• Strong technical literacy: reading API responses, writing SQL queries, and creating architecture diagrams.
• No-Fluff documentation: write requirements in clear, plain English.
• AI-Efficiency: proficiency with AI tools for content generation and prototyping.
• Decision Velocity: self-starter; make product decisions autonomously with data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Drive Task Orchestration: refine logic for Assigner and Ranker systems for efficient task processing.
• Rapidly learn our AI-coded platform and identify UI/logical gaps for scalability.
• Produce high-fidelity, plain-text documentation to reduce ambiguity for engineers.
• Conduct user interviews and run A/B tests to improve System Utility Scores and Performance Lift.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership and AI team to integrate automation and Insurance GPT into core workflow.
