Job summary

QuoteWell's AI-native work orchestration platform was built to supercharge insurance placement and distribution. It's not a single-tenant tool: the platform powers agentic placement workflows for multiple customer organizations, including QuoteWell's own brokerage, each running with its own integrations, workflows, and features.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the platform's roadmap and day-to-day product decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a product manager owning a product area end-to-end.
• Ability to own delivery and customer success directly in a managed-service model.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high agency in an early-stage platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers, engineers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic placement roadmap end-to-end, and be accountable for the outcomes it produces for customers.
• Partner with FDEs to turn field insights into product decisions.
• Define metrics that indicate platform health and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to co-develop products and maintain velocity.
• Make prioritization calls and own the outcomes.
• Define how AI should appear in workflows and balance automation with human handoffs.
• Exercise taste to judge quality beyond data.
