Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the AgentExchange marketplace to own search, discovery and personalization across AgentExchange surfaces. You’ll shape what buyers see, how they are recommended, and how the team learns from interactions through experiments.

You’ll lead a cross‑functional team spanning engineering and data, driving a scalable experimentation program and data‑driven decisions that improve engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of a search or recommendation in a B2B product or marketplace.
• Experience building and scaling an experimentation program for search quality, ranking and discovery.
• Ownership of a personalization or recommendation surface with challenges like cold start and feedback loops.
• Decision making from behavioral data: ship, measure, decide to scale or kill.
• Proficiency with AI agents and modern AI development tools to accelerate product discovery and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the search experience on AgentExchange from the buyer's perspective and run experiments.
• Define and drive GenAI search across AgentExchange, including multi-turn conversational search and relevance optimization.
• Own end-to-end search across all AgentExchange surfaces, including ranking and personalization to improve discovery.
• Drive the personalization roadmap for authenticated experiences, lifting click-through and install conversions.
