Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AgentExchange to own the search and personalization experiences across the marketplace. You will shape buyer-facing search, AI-powered discovery, and the end-to-end experience across surfaces, with a strong emphasis on measurable quality and experimentation.

You will work with a cross-functional team spanning engineering, data, and partner ecosystems to deliver improvements that boost engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of a search or recommendation experience in a B2B product or marketplace.
• Experience building and scaling a search optimization and experimentation program with metrics and rigor.
• Experience owning a personalization or recommendation surface and addressing design challenges like cold start and explainability.
• Decision-making driven by behavioral data: ship small, measure, decide to scale or kill.
• Experience using AI agents and modern AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the search experience from the buyer's perspective, diagnose gaps, define quality metrics, and run experiments.
• Define and drive the GenAI search experience and personalize across AgentExchange surfaces, improving discovery and engagement.
• Lead the experimentation program and cross-functional collaboration spanning engineering, data, and partner ecosystems.
