You will translate clinical needs and EHR integration into a strategic roadmap and work closely with engineers and healthcare customers to deliver solutions that streamline patient intake, scheduling, and refill processes. You will spend time with clinicians and care teams to understand workflows, define discovery and roadmaps, and drive measurable adoption and impact.

• Get Close to the workflow: Spend time with clinicians, practice teams, and healthcare operators to understand workflows and bottlenecks.
• Own Product Decisions: Discover, prioritize roadmaps, define requirements and acceptance criteria for AI-powered admin workflows.
• Turn Complexity into Clarity: Translate clinical processes into clear product requirements and release plans with measurable criteria.
• Connect the EHR: Collaborate on EHR integrations, data flows, and handoffs.
• Measure Real Outcomes: Define adoption, completion, reliability, and time-saved metrics to guide iteration.
• Learn from Deployment: Use rollout feedback with the implementation team to improve the product.
