Hartmann Young is confidentially partnering with an emerging oncology diagnostics company to appoint a Senior Product Manager who will help shape the development and adoption of its AI-powered platform.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the CEO and multidisciplinary teams, translating scientific and technical capabilities into products that meet clinicians' needs and integrate into oncology workflows.

Qualifications

At least three years of product management experience within diagnostics, healthcare technology, clinical software, genomics or a related field.
Experience translating complex scientific, clinical or technical concepts into practical product requirements.
Evidence of taking products or features from discovery through delivery and improvement.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align technical and non-technical teams.
Experience working in regulated healthcare environments, with an understanding of relevant quality, regulatory and data privacy considerations.
An entrepreneurial mindset, prioritisation skills and comfort working with ambiguity.
Experience in oncology, AI-enabled healthcare, bioinformatics, diagnostic reporting or clinical workflow integration would be particularly valuable.

Responsibilities

Define and manage the product vision, roadmap and priorities in partnership with the CEO and wider leadership team.
Engage clinicians, laboratory stakeholders and other users to understand their needs, workflows and barriers to adoption.
Translate customer insights into clear product requirements, user stories and development priorities.
Partner with engineering, bioinformatics, clinical and commercial teams to deliver product improvements.
Guide the development of intuitive physician-facing reports and tools that communicate complex diagnostic information clearly.
Support product launches, user onboarding and feedback collection to strengthen adoption and usability.
Establish measures of product performance, user engagement and customer satisfaction to guide ongoing development.
Work with relevant specialists to support regulatory submissions, maintain audit-ready documentation and incorporate quality and data privacy requirements.
Monitor market developments and competing solutions to inform product positioning and future opportunities.
