Job summary

Massive Bio is hiring a Junior Product Manager to join the Product team and own a defined part of our AI-powered oncology platform. This is an early-career role designed to learn the craft on a product where the outcome matters.

You will work alongside senior product managers and report into Product leadership. You will own a specific product area and collaborate daily with Engineering, Data and AI, Clinical Operations, and Provider Engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of product management or closely related experience.
• Strong written communication skills for cross-timezone collaboration.
• Ability to work with data and product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined product area and manage backlog and release notes.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning across time zones.
• Analyze product data and build area-specific reporting to inform decisions.
• Engage with Clinical Operations, Patient Relations, and Provider Engagement.
• Validate releases against acceptance criteria and document accordingly.
• Maintain up-to-date area documentation for distributed teams.
