Job summary

Massive Bio in the United States is hiring a Junior Product Manager to join the Product team and own a defined area of our AI-powered oncology platform. You will work alongside senior product managers and report into Product leadership, owning a specific surface of the platform with growing scope as you learn.

You will collaborate daily with Engineering, Data and AI, Clinical Operations, and Provider Engagement to turn user needs into prioritized work, write clear specs, and help shape product

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of product management experience or closely related role.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data and analytics.
• Willing to engage in technical discussions with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined surface of the platform, backlog, and release notes.
• Translate product direction into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog grooming and sprint planning with cross-time-zone teams.
• Analyze product analytics to support prioritization decisions.
• Engage with clinicians and providers to understand real-world use.
• Ensure releases meet acceptance criteria and are well-documented.
