Massive Bio, an AI-powered oncology platform, is hiring a Junior Product Manager to join the Product team and own a defined area of the platform. This is an early-career role designed to learn the craft while delivering meaningful outcomes in cancer trials.

You'll collaborate with Engineering, Data & AI, Clinical Operations, and Provider Engagement to translate questions into user stories, priorities into work, and measurable results for patients and researchers alike.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in product management or adjacent roles.
• Clear written communication across time zones.
• Comfort with data in spreadsheets and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined surface of the platform and backlog.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and releases.
• Analyze product data and build area reporting.
• Engage with users to understand needs and translate into work.
• Validate releases against criteria and document.
