Job summary

Massive Bio is hiring a Junior Product Manager to join the Product team and take ownership of a defined part of our AI-powered oncology platform. This role is ideal for someone early in a product career who wants hands-on learning with real impact.

You will work with senior PMs, report into Product leadership, and collaborate daily with Engineering, Data and AI, Clinical Operations, and Provider Engagement to ship measurable features.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of product management or adjacent role.
• Clear, precise written communication across time zones.
• Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and product analytics.
• Willing to discuss technical topics with engineers (no coding required).

Responsibilities

• Own a defined surface of the platform and its backlog.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning and release planning across time zones.
• Pull and read product analytics to inform prioritization.
• Engage with Clinical Operations, Patient Relations, and Provider Engagement to understand usage.
• Document area so distributed teams can rely on it.
