Job summary

Massive Bio is hiring a Junior Product Manager to join the Product team and take ownership of a defined part of its AI-powered oncology platform. This is a role for someone early in their product career who wants to learn the craft on a product where the outcome matters.

You will work daily with Engineering, Data and AI, Clinical Operations, and Provider Engagement, owning a specific product area with growth potential as you prove yourself.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in product management or adjacent roles such as business analysis or product operations.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate direction into clear user stories.
• Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and product analytics tools; able to reason about what numbers show.
• Willing to discuss technical concepts with engineers and understand what is being built.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined surface of the platform, backlog, release notes, and success metrics.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering to implement.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning across multiple time zones.
• Pull and read product analytics, build area reporting, and inform prioritization with data.
• Talk to Clinical Operations, Patient Relations, and Provider Engagement to learn usage and translate feedback into work.
• Validate releases against acceptance criteria and maintain area documentation.
