Job summary

Amazon Connect Product Manager role within the AWS workforce acceleration team is to define and drive high‑impact product roadmaps for scalable agent experiences. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across AWS to transform customer problems into robust, data‑driven product outcomes.

You will own detailed requirements, craft user stories, and advocate for customer needs from conception through to market launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience.
• 5+ years in technical product management.
• 3+ years of technical (software, network, IT) experience.
• 7+ years of full product life cycle experience.
• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience.
• 5+ years of writing docs for new products.
• 5+ years of enterprise security product experience.
• 5+ years in cloud computing product management.
• Experience taking a product from conception to market.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS/PaaS/LaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Define creative, high quality product roadmaps based on customer and stakeholder needs, strategy and vision.
• Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for product specs and architecture.
• Define target customer segments, onboard initial customers, and advocate on their behalf.
• Partner with Marketing and AWS teams for go-to-market strategy and growth.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs among needs and system performance.
• Create buy-in for product vision and roadmap internally and with partners.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impair team goals.
• Drive executive communications and alignment on strategy and vision.
