Qualifications

• 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years in software development, IT, or related field.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products from concept through GTM.
• 9+ years of product management experience shipping AI/ML-powered products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps based on customer and stakeholder needs, team strategy, and vision.
• Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories for capabilities and architecture.
• Define target customer segment, onboard initial customers, and advocate on their behalf.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs among needs of customer and stakeholder groups and system performance.
• Create buy-in for product vision and roadmap internally and with key partners.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the teams ability to meet goals.
• Drive executive communications and alignment on strategy and vision.
• Partner with Marketing and AWS services to craft go-to-market strategy.
