Qualifications

• Proven track record in SaaS product management delivering customer-focused experiences.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products in production with probabilistic systems and trust-building.
• Fluency in AI landscape: LLMs, agents, RAG, evals; know problems AI solves well.
• User-focused mindset with data-informed vision.
• Ability to uncover customer needs and apply latest tech for innovative solutions.
• Ability to distill insights for leadership while handling details on the ground.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity with bias for action.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an AI-forward product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Survey industry and AI landscape to identify the next accounting innovations and translate into bets.
• Translate strategy into an actionable roadmap delivering measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional team across engineering, applied AI/ML, and product to build agentic experiences.
• Define how the Accounting Agent reasons, acts, and improves over time with guardrails and trust.
• Ruthlessly prioritize Backlog and drive dependent work across teams.
• Partner across business units to define and execute plans; drive decision-making, alignment, and escalations.
• Identify hypotheses, design experiments including AI evals and testing.
• Data-driven approach to defining success metrics and communicating plans.
• Proactively communicate with other teams, stakeholders and leaders.
