Responsibilities

• Develop an AI-forward product strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Survey AI/ML landscape to identify next accounting innovations and translate into bets.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build agentic experiences that automate accounting end-to-end.
• Define how Accounting Agent reasons, acts, and improves over time with guardrails and trust.
• Prioritize backlog and drive cross-team alignment and decision-making.
• Collaborate across business units to plan, execute, and communicate learning plans.
• Design experiments (AI evals, offline/online) to validate hypotheses.
• Define success metrics and communicate progress and outcomes.
