Job summary

Intuit’s QuickBooks Accounting Automation team seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive AI-native experiences that automate accounting for millions of small businesses. You’ll shape how the Accounting Agent learns each customer’s business, set up success, and personalize accounting while ensuring compliance and accuracy, partnering with engineers, designers, data scientists, and leaders.

Qualifications

Proven track record shipping SaaS products solving core customer needs.
Experience shipping AI/ML-powered experiences in production.
Fluent with AI landscape (LLMs, agents, RAG, evals).
Strong customer focus and data-driven vision.
Ability to lead across multiple levels and stakeholders.
Comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Develop an AI-forward product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Translate signals into concrete product bets and roadmaps.
Lead a cross-functional team across engineering, design, applied AI/ML, and product.
Define how the Accounting Agent reasons, acts, and improves with guardrails and trust.
Prioritize backlog and coordinate work across teams.
Design experiments and evals to learn and refine AI capabilities.
Define success metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
