Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the QuickBooks Accounting Automation team in Mountain View.

You will lead AI-native product innovations that automate accounting for millions of small businesses and their accountants, shaping how the Accounting Agent learns and personalizes outcomes over time. You will collaborate across engineering, design, and applied AI/ML to deliver end-to-end agentic experiences, assure trust and compliance, and drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in SaaS product management delivering customer-focused experiences.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered product experiences in production, with latency/cost tradeoffs.
• Fluency with the current AI landscape (LLMs, agents, RAG, evals).
• Customer-obsessed and highly collaborative; able to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an AI-forward product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Survey AI/ML landscape to identify next wave of accounting innovations and translate to bets.
• Translate strategy into an actionable roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional team across engineering, applied AI/ML, design, and product.
• Define how the Accounting Agent reasons, acts, and improves with guardrails and trust.
• Prioritize backlog and drive dependent work across teams.
• Partner across business units to define plans, align, and escalate as needed.
• Identify hypotheses, design experiments, align learning plans, and execute fast.
• Define success metrics and communicate plans, progress, outcomes.
• Proactively communicate with teams, stakeholders, and leaders.
