• Proven track record in SaaS product management delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Experience shipping AI- or ML-powered product experiences in production.
• Fluency with LLMs, agents, RAG, evals and AI-driven product decisions.
• User-focused mindset with data-driven vision and direction.
• Ability to uncover customer needs and leverage new tech for innovative solutions.
• Ability to distill insights for leadership while handling ground-level details.
• Comfort innovating within a large ecosystem with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with strong bias for action.
• Excellent cross-functional influence and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an AI-forward product strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Survey AI/ML landscape to identify next accounting innovations and translate signals into bets.
• Translate strategy into an actionable roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Lead a cross-functional team across engineering, design, AI/ML, and product to build agentic experiences.
• Define how the Accounting Agent reasons and improves, with guardrails and trust mechanisms.
• Prioritize the backlog and drive cross-team dependencies.
• Collaborate across business units to plan and align on priorities and escalations.
• Design experiments and evals (AI-specific, offline/online) and iterate learning plans.
• Define success metrics, document requirements, and communicate plans and progress.
• Proactively communicate with teams, stakeholders, and leaders.
