Job summary

ENFRA in Little Rock, AR, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own a technology platform within our software portfolio. You will identify workflows worth transforming, frame problems, build the business case, and drive delivery with minimal direction.

You will work with engineers and analysts, mentor other Product Managers, run user research, design AI-assisted prototypes, lead demos, and measure adoption with telemetry to improve data-heavy workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in product management with full ownership of a product or platform.
• Ability to operate across both strategic and tactical work, setting direction and executing without close supervision.
• Hands-on experience running user research and usability testing.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted design tools to produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor level of detail and technical depth.
• Ability to elicit requirements from subject matter experts in a technical discipline and translate them into buildable specifications.
• Experience transforming manual or legacy processes into modern, app-based workflows.
• Experience delivering AI-powered features or automation with a working understanding of limits and capabilities.
• Comfort presenting to end users, including running demos and fielding questions.
• Strong stakeholder management and credibility with technical users.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data in product decisions.
• Experience with agile development processes.
• Detail oriented with multiple concurrent projects.
