Job summary

Loop is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its AI Platform in San Francisco. You will own the end-to-end platform layer used by product engineering, AI Operations, and implementation teams, delivering reusable capabilities to accelerate multiple products.

You will partner with AI Platform leadership and report to the Chief Product Officer, spending time with builders, tooling, and data to ship value quickly. This is an in-person role, four+ days in office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, incl. at least two on a developer platform or internal tooling.
• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field; Master of Science preferred.
• Experience building shared services, APIs, or component libraries used by engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of AI and ML systems in production and how agentic systems are designed and evaluated.
• Experience making internal users the primary customer and translating tech capability into usable tooling.
• Ability to communicate product vision to engineering and executives in ambiguous domains.
• Bonus: experience with evaluation or observability tooling for AI/ data software in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive the product roadmap for Loop's AI Platform.
• Drive the agent runtime as a product and define orchestration primitives for new agents.
• Define how agents gain autonomy and how automation is evaluated post-release.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable solutions and evaluate agentic tech to adopt/build.
• Maintain platform KPIs and justify investments with data and clear trade-offs.
• Collaborate with AI Operations, Solutions, and Implementation to move workflows into product.
