Job summary

Loop is seeking a Solutions Engineer to collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation to deliver seamless technical closes and replatforming experiences. This IC role focuses on complex problem solving, data orchestration, and aligning client needs with Loop's platform.

You will travel up to 30% and be based in Chicago, San Francisco, or New York City with 4+ days in the office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS or technology environments.
• 5+ years of technical experience in a related role.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve critical goals.
• Experience applying technical solutions to enterprise supply chain space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution scoping and implementation projects for clients.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to design and map integrations between client systems (TMS/ERP) and Loop.
• Demonstrate Loop product in pre-sales conversations and tailor demos to use cases.
• Own functional and technical requirements documentation and tracking.
• Manage weekly status meetings with clients and identify risks & opportunities.
• Guide go-live planning, training, testing, and post-implementation handoff.
