The role requires sharp technical instincts, empathy for developers, and comfort with architecture discussions and making fast decisions in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience spanning product and engineering roles.
• Strong technical foundation and collaboration with engineering teams to design and ship complex products.
• Proven ability to drive product launches, with evidence of user adoption or commercial impact.
• Background in developer tools or infrastructure is a plus.
• Actively engaged with the AI ecosystem, thriving in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for multiple major areas of our product.
• Partner closely with customers to understand pain points and translate them into improvements.
• Work with engineering and research to ship features that keep Factory at the frontier of AI-powered development.
