Outset is seeking a product manager to own initiatives from strategy and discovery through launch, delivering AI-enabled research workflows for enterprise customers. You will influence product direction, quantify impact, and drive adoption in a fast-moving team.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and design on solutions, ensure quality, and provide launch-ready materials to support customer success and growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management, incl. 2+ years for B2B software.
• Proven track record shipping products and improving adoption.
• Strong product judgment and decision-making with limited data.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to improve workflows.
• Collaborates with engineers and designers; strong communication.
• Clear writing and alignment across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set direction and tradeoffs; connect problems to business impact.
• Start with customer evidence from interviews and usage.
• Build with engineering and design; clarify requirements.
• Own product quality; test, catch edge cases, fix issues.
