Job summary

Biorce is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a pioneering product area transforming trial site qualification, preparation, and activation into digital workflows. You will own discovery, backlog, and delivery, working with engineers, data scientists, and clinicians to ship auditable, regulatory-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in technical or strategic roles.
• Proven data-driven decision making with analytics.
• Experience building workflow or automation products for multi-stakeholder operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Define and orchestrate the strategic roadmap for your project.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Clinical experts across teams.
• Translate complex processes into auditable, compliant products.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Research to report progress to leadership.
• Identify AI opportunities within clinical workflows to drive scalable requirements.
• Establish KPIs and measure ROI and real-world impact of AI on trial efficiency.
• Lead through ambiguity and unblock the team to meet goals.
