Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Product Manager for its Procurement offering to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core procurement capabilities. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data to turn complex purchasing and accounting requirements into simple, reliable products that scale with customers.

As the role evolves, you will explore AI-driven automation, optimize workflows, and define success metrics for activation and adoption across finance teams and procurement operators.

Qualifications

• At least three years of product management or equivalent product-building experience.
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking.
• Hands-on AI fluency demonstrated through products, prototypes, or projects.
• Technical and analytical fluency with data models and integrations.
• Deep customer curiosity and strong design judgment.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Ramp’s Procurement pod and decide what to build next.
• Build workflows across sourcing, requisition, approvals, renewals, purchase orders, receiving, and inventory management; align with Bill Pay and ERP systems.
• Spend time with finance teams and procurement leaders to simplify experiences for customers.
• Prototype AI-powered experiences and decide what should be automated or user-controlled.
• Define quality measures, test scenarios, and provide transparent audit trails and recovery paths.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineers and designers; coordinate with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Experience.
• Ensure adoption and measure activation, repeat usage, and time to complete purchasing work.
