Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Send Now Pay Later (SNPL) to own the borrowing products strategy and roadmap. You will balance growth with responsible lending while leading a cross‑functional team including engineers, designers, analysts, and risk partners.

You will drive activation, ongoing engagement, and repayment experiences, leveraging AI to enhance research, experiments, and personalized offers for customers globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, especially consumer fintech.
• Experience scaling financial products with measurable impact on retention and portfolio health.
• Deep familiarity with lending/credit product dynamics and underwriting.
• Ability to navigate risk, compliance, and regulatory constraints without sacrificing velocity.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for borrowing solutions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery, requirements, and design through development, testing, launch, and optimization.
• Drive early feature activation for onboarded members to active usage of Remitly Card features.
• Drive engagement across the Remitly Card plan and connect features to retention and portfolio health.
• Develop a clear view on repayment UX and outcomes as a core product surface.
• Champion an AI‑first approach across the product lifecycle and experiments.
• Define success metrics and instrumentation from day one and build analytics to guide decisions.
• Represent customer voice through user research and cross‑functional alignment to leadership.
