Job summary

GSK seeks a Senior Manager, Product Management for Customer Planning & AI Enablement to own the technology strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for enterprise account management and AI capabilities in the US field organization.

You will partner with global teams to enable AI across Vault CRM, OnePlan, and related platforms, ensuring governance, data quality, and scalable delivery for commercial field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Technology Product Management, Commercial Technology, CRM, Master Data Management, AI-enabled products, Enterprise Applications, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing enterprise technology products from strategy and roadmap through delivery, operations, adoption, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise customer, account, HCP, product, hierarchy, affiliation, master data, or strategic account planning technologies.
• Experience evaluating and enabling technology capabilities developed by enterprise, global, platform, or vendor teams rather than building all capabilities directly.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology, digital, data, or AI-related initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology strategy, roadmap, architecture, delivery, and lifecycle management for Enterprise Account Management and customer planning capabilities.
• Define multi-year roadmaps aligned with Commercial priorities and global technology direction.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer planning and field effectiveness through AI-enabled workflows and data.
• Assess AI capabilities for US applicability, risk, and integration needs.
• Balance enablement with platform stability, regulatory requirements, and total cost of ownership.
• Lead assessment, enablement, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI capabilities for the US field organization.
• Define data contracts, integration requirements, and data flows across platforms.
• Partner with global product teams to translate enterprise products into US implementation plans.
• Drive data quality, automation, and standardization across EAM data flows.
