Job summary
TriNet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of a Workforce Management platform covering PTO and time and labor management. You will identify high-impact opportunities, define WFM and adjacent AI capabilities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver intelligent, scalable, and trusted customer experiences.
This is a strategic and execution-oriented role for someone passionate about building WFM experiences and applying AI to solve customer problems,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in software product design & development.
- 5+ years direct product management experience.
- 2+ years building AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution of product capabilities for WFM Paid Time off, Time and Labor Management products
- Assists in translating business goals into a concrete strategy and tactical plan
- Manages the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution
- Assesses market requirements through market research and ongoing stakeholder/customer discussions
- Identifies and prioritizes high-value use cases based on data insights, customer needs, and feasibility
- Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes AI opportunities within WFM domains and translates into scalable initiatives
- Develops, implements, and manages product features with development partners
- Prepares detailed product requirements and statements of work
- Partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, compliant WFM experiences
- Monitors product performance and informs roadmap decisions
