Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of a Workforce Management platform covering paid time off and time and labor management. You will identify high-impact AI opportunities, define capabilities, and partner across functions to deliver scalable, trusted experiences.

This is a strategic, execution-oriented role for building new WFM experiences and applying AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in software product design & development
5+ years of direct product management experience
2+ years building AI solutions
Experience delivering Workforce Management products
Experience owning products from strategy through launch

Responsibilities

Owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution of product capabilities for WFM Paid Time off and Time and Labor Management
Translates business goals into a concrete strategy and tactical plan
Manages the product life cycle from planning to execution
Conducts market research and stakeholder discussions to identify requirements
Identifies high-value use cases based on data, needs, and feasibility
Develops and manages AI-driven opportunities within WFM domains
Collaborates with engineering, data, UX, legal, and GTM teams
Prepares detailed product requirements and statements of work
Monitors performance and informs roadmap decisions
