Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of the Workforce Management platform covering paid time off and time and labor management solutions. In this role, you will identify high-impact opportunities, define WFM and adjacent AI product capabilities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver intelligent, scalable, and trusted customer experiences.

This is a strategic and execution-oriented role for someone who is passionate about building new WFM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Typically 5+ years in software product design & development.
• 5+ years of direct product management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution of product capabilities for WFM Paid Time off and Time & Labor Management products.
• Translate business goals into concrete strategy and tactical plans.
• Manage the product lifecycle from strategy to execution.
• Assess market requirements via research and stakeholder conversations.
• Prioritize high-value use cases using data insights and business impact.
• Identify AI opportunities within WFM and translate into scalable initiatives.
• Develop and manage features with development partners.
• Draft detailed product requirements and SOWs.
• Collaborate with domain PMs, engineering, data, UX, legal, and GTM teams.
• Monitor performance and use insights to improve adoption and roadmap.
