Job summary

TriNet seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and delivery of Workforce Management (WFM) capabilities covering paid time off and time and labor management solutions. You will identify AI opportunities, define capabilities, and partner across functions to deliver scalable, trusted customer experiences.

This role focuses on building new WFM experiences, applying AI to solve real customer problems, improving operational efficiency, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Workforce management products.
• 5+ years in software product design & development.
• 5+ years of direct product management experience.
• Experience with AI-powered products or intelligent systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategy, roadmap, and execution of WFM Paid Time off, Time and Labor Management products.
• Translate business goals into strategy and tactical plans.
• Manage product life cycle from planning to execution and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, UX, legal, and GTM teams to deliver scalable experiences.
• Monitor performance and inform roadmap decisions.
