Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Workforce management platform covering paid time off and time and labor management solutions. You will identify high-impact opportunities, define WFM and adjacent AI capabilities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver intelligent, scalable, and trusted customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years in software product design & development.
• 5+ years of direct product management experience is required.
• 2+ years of experience building AI solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategy, roadmap, and execution of WFM Paid Time Off and Time and Labor products.
• Translates business goals into concrete product strategy and tactical plan.
• Manages product life cycle from strategic planning to execution.
• Collaborates with domain PMs, engineering, data, UX, knowledge management, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric WFM experiences.
• Monitors product performance and informs roadmap decisions based on data.
