Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of a Workforce Management platform covering PTO and time-and-labor solutions. You will identify high-impact opportunities, define AI-enabled capabilities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, trusted experiences.

This strategic role focuses on building new WFM experiences and applying AI to solve real customer problems, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product design & development.
• 5+ years of direct product management experience.
• 2+ years building AI solutions is a plus.
• Experience delivering Workforce management products is required.
• Experience owning products from strategy through launch in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with AI-powered products, conversational experiences, or intelligent systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution of product capabilities for WFM Paid Time off, Time and Labor Management products.
• Assists in translating business goals into a concrete strategy and tactical plan.
• Manages the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Assesses market requirements for current and future products through market research and stakeholder discussions.
• Identifies and prioritizes high-value use cases based on data insights, customer needs, pain points, business impact, and feasibility.
• Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes AI-driven opportunities within WFM domains, translating needs into scalable initiatives.
• Develops, implements, and manages product features with development partners.
• Prepares detailed product requirements and statements of work.
• Partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric WFM experiences.
• Monitor product performance and inform roadmap decisions.
