Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Technical for Selling Partner Support Experience in Seattle. You will own the strategy for new AI-powered support channels, partner with engineering and applied science, and shape how we pilot, scale, and measure success across seller interactions.

You will drive go-to-market plans, align with multiple teams, and craft leadership-ready documents that illuminate trade-offs and the long-term vision for transforming support experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for one or more net new support channels, from zero-to-one definition through launch and iteration.
• Define the requirements and partner with engineering and applied science to decide the technical approach.
• Design and run the pilot strategy: define who gets it first and what success looks like.
• Build the go-to-market plan for seller adoption on a new surface and internal/external storytelling.
• Define quality metrics and auditing approaches for new surfaces.
• Collaborate across Amazon to align roadmaps and build durable working relationships.
• Prepare clear documents for senior leadership outlining strategy, trade-offs, and path forward.
