Job summary

Suger.io is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for Insulin, our AI-driven automation product focused on revenue operations. You will lead strategy, design, and execution from the ground up, turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences for customers.

You will collaborate with engineering, customer success, and GTM teams to ship AI-powered features, define success metrics, and iterate based on real-world usage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management or Product Design experience in technology, preferably B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Track record of shipping AI-powered features to production and strong product judgment.
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner with engineering, GTM and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for intelligent systems automating pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance.
• Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Partner with engineering to turn AI capabilities into reliable production features with trust and explainability.
• Define and track success metrics such as adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions teams to gather feedback and support onboarding when needed.
