Job summary

Suger is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the Insulin product, driving AI-driven automation across revenue operations. You will own the strategy, product design, and execution from ground up, turning complex revenue workflows into intuitive experiences for B2B customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management or Product Design in technology, ideally B2B SaaS, with a track record of strong product and design judgment.
• Track record of shipping AI-powered features to production and balancing automation with user trust.
• Strong product design sensibility with attention to interaction details and polished UX.
• Familiarity with technical complexity: APIs, data pipelines, billing infra, fintech/compliance workflows.
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner across engineering, GTM, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for intelligent systems that automate pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows with AI focus.
• Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and translate complex capabilities into intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to turn AI capabilities into reliable production features, ensuring correctness, explainability, and trust.
• Define and track success metrics like adoption, accuracy, and customer outcomes to guide iteration.
• Work with Customer Success and Solutions teams to gather feedback and understand customer workflows and trust concerns around AI.
