Job summary

Sift Healthcare is building AI that makes healthcare payments work better for everyone, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to bring RevProtect solutions to market. You will report to the Director of Product Management and collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Data Engineering to turn AI strategy into value for health system clients.

As an established product manager, you’ll own end-to-end product development, crafting features and user stories that capture customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in software.
• Strong technical fundamentals and comfort working with engineers.
• Experience with analytics, SaaS, or data-driven solutions in healthcare.
• Familiarity with machine learning/AI concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for AI/ML clinical documentation solutions.
• Translate vision into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and ensure value to clients.
• Lead cross-functional development with data scientists and engineers.
• Guide the full lifecycle from ideation to launch using agile practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to exceed expectations.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks within an agile framework.
