Job summary

We Insure is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a high‑impact quoting initiative for agents and operators within a growing AI‑native product team.

You will own strategy, delivery, and measurable business outcomes across the end‑to‑end quoting workflow, from intake and data capture to rating, submission, quote comparison, and bind, partnering with Sales, Carrier Relations, and FinOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years product management ownership from discovery through launch.
• Minimum 3 years in property and casualty insurance.
• Experience with quoting/rating solutions and carrier portals.
• Proven success delivering consumer‑facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quoting product from discovery to launch and outcomes.
• Lead requirements, sprint cycles, QA readiness, and rollout sequencing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Carrier Relations, Service, and FinOps.
• Drive AI‑enabled product capabilities and research with stakeholders.
