Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Veeva Vault PromoMats to own strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities that streamline claims management, MLR workflows, and digital asset handling. You will partner with Engineering, UX, and customers to deliver scalable, compliant solutions in a highly regulated space.

You will engage with brand, marketing, medical, and regulatory teams to translate needs into prioritized requirements, define success metrics, and drive releases

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI.
• Technical proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
• Architectural knowledge: Data flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning for regulated content.
• Communication: translate AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: work with UX and Engineering to build intuitive tools for complex workflows.
• Marketing acumen: experience in Marketing or Marketing Operations with understanding of brand strategy and content production.
• Marketing process fluency: familiarity with briefs, agency workflows, brand governance, and omnichannel planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for PromoMats capabilities including claims management and MLR workflows.
• Engage with brand, marketing operations, medical, and regulatory teams to translate insights into prioritized requirements.
• Define metrics to prove customer value, track impact, and guide investments.
• Write clear specifications and partner with Engineering, UX, and QA through design to release.
• Deliver automation and AI-enabled capabilities while preserving auditability for regulated customers.
• Collaborate with Vault teams to deliver connected experiences and enable sales and support with documentation.
