Veeva Systems is hiring an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver AI Agent solutions for Veeva PromoMats and Vault Medical. You will lead AI initiatives that automate the content lifecycle from MLR review to medical information generation, ensuring compliance while accelerating time-to-market for health communications.

You will collaborate with Engineering, UX, and commercial teams to create scalable, production-ready AI applications, define success metrics, and communicate

Competenze

• 5+ years in enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting.
• 2+ years hands-on AI/ML with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks.

Mansioni

• AI Orchestration & Design: lead production-ready AI Agent apps, data flow, RAG architectures, and prompts.
• Strategic Product Discovery: identify high-impact AI use cases in MLR and Medical Inquiry workflows.
• Performance & Value Metrics: define KPIs like MLR cycle reduction and AI accuracy.
• Prototype to Production: design and build AI prototypes that scale on the Vault platform.
• Process Automation: partner with Engineering and UX to automate key compliance workflows.
• Stakeholder Alignment: present AI value to leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
