Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the PromoMats capabilities, driving strategy and roadmaps for claims management, MLR, and digital asset management.

Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and customers to deliver scalable, compliant solutions in a regulated life sciences space. You will work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, measure impact, and ensure timely releases that improve approval cycles and content workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AI Frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and APIs.
• Architectural Knowledge: Deep understanding of data flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning for highly regulated content.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders in Marketing, Legal, Medical, and Regulatory departments.
• Collaboration: Proven track record of working with UX and Engineering to build intuitive tools for complex workflows.
• Marketing Acumen: Experience in Marketing or Marketing Operations, or building products for marketing teams, with a working understanding of brand strategy and content production.

Responsibilities

• AI & Product Strategy: Own the vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for PromoMats, including where AI fits, balancing demand and market trends.
• Customer Discovery: Engage with brand, marketing ops, medical, and regulatory teams to translate insights into requirements.
• Measurement & Impact: Define metrics to prove value and guide investments.
• Feature Definition & Delivery: Write specs and partner with Engineering, UX, and QA to ship scalable capabilities.
• Compliance & Automation: Deliver automated content flows with auditability for regulated customers.
• Cross-Product & Go-to-Market Alignment: Collaborate with Vault teams to enable Sales, Services, and Support.
