Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced product manager to own PromoMats capabilities, shaping strategy and roadmaps for claims management, MLR workflows, and digital asset management. You will work with Engineering, UX, and customers to define requirements and deliver scalable, compliant solutions in a regulated life sciences context.

You will partner across Vault teams to ensure connected experiences and enable Sales, Services, and Support with positioning and documentation for new releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience.
• 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI.
• Technical proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and APIs.
• Architectural knowledge of data flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning for regulated content.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration with UX and Engineering to build intuitive tools for complex workflows.
• Marketing acumen and understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, and content production.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and multi-release roadmap for PromoMats capabilities.
• Engage with brand, marketing operations, medical, and regulatory teams to gather requirements.
• Define metrics to prove customer value and guide investments.
• Write clear specifications and collaborate with Engineering, UX, and QA through design and release.
• Deliver capabilities that reduce manual effort and enable automated linking and checks.
• Partner with Vault teams to deliver connected experiences and enable GTM with demos and documentation.
