Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions for Veeva PromoMats and Vault Medical.

You will be the expert in leveraging AI to automate the content lifecycle, from speeding up the MLR review process to generating medical information responses. You'll lead AI orchestrations, identify high-impact use cases, define KPIs, and drive prototypes to production within the scalable Veeva Vault platform, partnering with

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting.
• 2+ years hands-on AI/ML, LLMs, Generative AI.
• Strong Python skills and AI frameworks/APIs experience.
• Deep data-flow, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning knowledge.
• Able to translate complex AI concepts into business value for stakeholders.
• Collaborates with UX and Engineering to build intuitive tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI orchestration and design of production-ready AI Agent apps.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases in MLR and Medical Inquiries.
• Define KPIs like reduction in review cycles and inference accuracy.
