Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a Processing Product Leader to own the roadmap for bill data normalization and validation, working with the data platform team on upstream quality. You will drive AI-powered extraction, automation, and modernization of a legacy processing ecosystem to reduce manual work and costs.

You will partner with Operations to optimize labor, define pricing strategies, and ensure robust cross-functional collaboration with Commercial and R&D.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning products where software and a service operation form the system.
• Track record redesigning labor-intensive workflows into automated or AI-assisted processes.
• Experience shipping AI-powered document processing or agentic automation features.
• Ability to build business cases linking automation to gross margin and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own the Processing roadmap, normalizing and validating bill data at scale.
• Map labor-intensive workflows and prioritize automation.
• Define adoption of AI-powered extraction and document processing.
• Plan migration from legacy systems to automation-first tooling without disruption.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations and R&D for cross-functional alignment.
