Qualifications

• Proven experience owning products with a service delivery model, not just software.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered document processing or automation features.
• Experience modernizing or migrating workflows off legacy systems.
• Ability to build business cases linking automation to gross margin and pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define the Processing roadmap and epics with clear OKRs and timelines.
• Own bill data normalization and validation pipelines with upstream data quality feedback.
• Lead service labor optimization by mapping labor-intensive workflows for automation.
• Drive AI-powered extraction, document processing, and agentic automation across the platform.
• Define tolerancing rules and exception handling to reduce manual review.
• Align margins and pricing strategy with automation investments and go-to-market value.
• Plan modernization of legacy systems while maintaining live operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional partnerships with Commercial, Operations, and R&D.
• Ensure Processing output feeds Payments reliably for clean payables.
• Identify data quality gaps to protect retention and reduce churn.
• Maintain an actionable roadmap with due dates and OKR traceability.
