Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a strategic Data Product Manager to lead the unified data model for Expense Management, Energy Intelligence, Bill Acquisition, and other data products. You will own requirements, align stakeholders, and drive a cohesive extensible data architecture across the platform.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to ensure scalable, governed data solutions that unlock business value across Arcadia’s data products.

Qualifications

• Experience owning data model requirements and translating business needs into technical specs.
• Ability to collaborate with data engineering and product teams to define data contracts and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive requirements for Arcadia’s unified data model, partnering with engineering to design an extensible architecture.
• Partner with leaders to mature our data strategy and position Arcadia as a data-driven thought leader in utilities.
• Gather requirements across Expense Management, Energy Intelligence, Bill Acquisition, and other data product teams to harmonize schemas.
• Translate organizational needs into actionable engineering requirements across the data lifecycle, from ingestion to BI and APIs.
• Define and prioritize the roadmap for unified data model capabilities, balancing near-term features with long-term extensibility.
