Job summary

Jobgether seeks a senior product leader to define strategy, roadmaps, and investments across enterprise platforms and AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with executives to shape governance, drive growth, and ensure delivery excellence in a healthcare-tech environment.

You will manage cross-functional teams, mentor PMs/POs, and establish KPIs to measure impact while promoting customer-centric and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience leading enterprise software or platforms.
• Leadership of cross-functional product teams.
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategies with measurable business impact.
• Experience with workflow platforms, automation, or SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and multi-year roadmaps aligned with corporate and financial goals.
• Oversee portfolio investments across AI workflows, automation, and enterprise services.
• Establish standards for governance, prioritization, and documentation across teams.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
• Lead adoption of agentic AI, intelligent automation, and analytics to modernize workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering on scalable architecture and integrations.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Define and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and ROI for the portfolio.
• Champion customer-centric development through user research and feedback.
• Coordinate with Operations, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Sponsor strategic initiatives and ensure proper resource allocation.
